Green Climate Fund (GCF)
The Green Climate Fund is the world’s largest climate fund. The GCF functions under the guidance of the Conference of the Parties (COP). With more than 314 projects in developing countries, totalizing 18 billion USD, the GCF is delivering impactful climate action, both for mitigation as for adaptation. Switzerland committed 150 million USD for the second replenishment of the fund, and is represented on the board.
